Data questionnaire system Likert scale. indicate that based analysis in image above, it known discipline variable (X1) has composite reliability 0.905> 0.600, then X1 reliable, responsibility (X2) gets result 0.988> 0.600. X2 commitment (X3) 0.877> 0.600 X3 employee performance (Y) value 0.971> Y reliable. Discipline produces an original sample 0.102 P 0.674 <0.05, so positive insignificant performance. 0.800 0.001 significant (Y). 0.113 0.179 amount influence (X1).
